Sorso warrants the drinking systems it sells against defects of material and workmanship under normal use and service for the useful life of the product from the date of installation provided that the product is in use by the original owner and has been used only for the original purpose. This warranty is void in cases of damage in transit, negligence, user modification, outside sources beyond Sorso’s control, abuse, abnormal usage, improper use of cleaning chemicals, misuse, accidents and improper maintenance or filter change that was not done by an official Sorso technician.

Sorso is transferring the installation portion of the sale of any of its products to a subcontractor. As such, for the installation that has taken place at the above address on the date this document is signed, the subcontractor is liable for the Sorso system(s) installed and any installation conducted, subject to their own terms and conditions. It is hereby acknowledged and agreed that Sorso Wellness Water is not liable for any loss or damage once a transfer for installation to a subcontractor is made and any claims shall be made to the subcontractor directly. Please also refer to the terms and conditions of sale on Sorso Wellness Water’s website.
Sorso will send a technician for any issue under the warranty, in case the problem is not related to Sorso’s system the client should pay a service call fee between $150 – $250 plus tax depending on the location and technician.

As Buyer’s sole remedy under the warranty, Sorso, at its option, will repair or replace defective parts at no charge to the original owner of record. Sorso will pay delivery charges provided that the replacement has previously been authorized by the company under the terms of this warranty. Normal aging and wear of materials, mechanisms, mechanical components and finishes are exempt from this warranty.
THERE IS NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY. SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE INDICATED BY BUYER TO SELLER. There are no representations as to the capacity or performance of the products sold hereunder except as set forth in the quotation specifications, if any, and such representations are expressly conditioned upon the correctness of the data furnished by Buyer and upon the products being properly installed and maintained. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS REMEDY OF REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT, AT THE SELLER’S OPTION, IS BUYERS EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. SORSO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
