How do we measure the quality of Hydro Enriched Water at home?
During installation, our technicians use liquid pH reagent drops and digital TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meters to test the water. Your raw tap water will typically show neutral or slightly alkaline pH but high TDS (consisting of chlorine and heavy salts). After filtration, the RO stage drops TDS near zero. The remineralization stage then adds back clean, healthy minerals, bringing the TDS to an optimal range of 30-50 ppm and a deep blue/purple alkaline pH level of 8.5–9.5.
